Recipe creator, food photographer, wife, and mama of two.
On my site you will find gluten-free and mostly plant-based recipes (I haven’t always been plant-based, so there are recipes I shared prior to my switch!). I strive to bring you meals that are full of nutrients, family friendly, and lacking no flavor!
Being known as the vegetable hater growing up, I want to share how veggies can taste great, and show that even the pickiest of eaters can start eating healthy!
I believe in healthy living, rather than dieting. I believe being healthy is a lifestyle, and something to teach my children. So these meals I share with you are meals I feed to my whole family, not just the adults!
I’m in the midst of motherhood, trying to keep everyone healthy with home-cooked meals, a somewhat clean house, and a longing for Jesus. We are real, we eat at Chipotle more than I’d like to admit, and we hope we can be an encouragement to getting your family healthy too!
